how does juno remind you of me?
i finally watched that movie last night, and i don’t get it. people came up to me over and over when it first came out – ‘you should go see juno, she reminds me of you!’
i found her way of speaking forced and annoying – i think i am witty and full of joy – she never cracks a smile.
is it because she is a ‘tough girl making the hard decisions’? – i just think she and her family are incredibly realistic. mabye that is it, i don’t live my life in the fucking clouds.
anyhow, next time people say you remind them of someone in a movie – you are probably best not seeing it until you have forgotten that comparison – you will start thinking the world is full of crazy people.
I’ve never met you, but I’d say the comparison wasn’t apt. I agree that she seemed forced and that your words are… I dunno. Smooth? You read well, which is refreshing on the internets.
And just ’cause one comment’s enough for all the other stuff:
